I was surprised to see this location only had 1 star because our visit was nothing but positive. We didn't have an appointment but we were helped right away. Richard helped us and was such a good help it led me here to tracking down his name and writing this post. He was patient, kind and caring. He helped us find the right glasses after looking over many and helped us with getting a good price. We got the glasses within a couple days and everything worked out perfectly! Thank you Richard.
